 BOOM SESSION

A concentrated, high-energy training session with a small group of no more than 6 contenders. With a wide variety of boxing techniques and exercises tailored to the group’s needs and expertise of the coach. Boom Sessions will rapidly increase your skill set while giving you an athlete-level workout.

PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

The greatest journeys begin with a single step. Learning what it takes to get in the ring with the seasoned contenders at Gloveworx is no different! This is a slower-paced session delivered in a small group of up to 8 people who are learning the ropes, just like you, with a coach who is focused on getting your technique just right. GWX 101 sessions will hone the basics of throwing punches and boxing footwork to prepare you to Boom with the best.

Pricing Options

While Gloveworx operates on a drop-in basis, and membership is never required to book a session, members do receive special perks and discounted rates on sessions. Gloveworx Safety Standards

We are committed to the highest level of safety.

The safety of our coaches and contenders is most important to us. We are always upgrading our safety procedures and we will keep updating this page with the latest information.

At Gloveworx we are always dedicated to the cleanliness of our studios (indoor and outdoor) and the health and safety of our community. Please note, masks covering your mouth and nose must be worn at all times during a session, regardless of vaccinated status.

Gloveworx Studio Policy

We value your time and space is limited in each session with only 6 contenders per Boom/Blitz session or 3 contenders per Thunder session.

 In line with this, we will be enforcing a strict 12-hour cancelation policy. 

For ALL GROUP SESSIONS, “No Show” or “Late Cancelations” under the 

12-hour window (of start time to the session) will be charged the fee of the session.

Rates:

Intro/First Session $20

Monthly Membership $288

Membership drop in $36

Non-member drop in $45

For PERSONAL TRAINING, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. “No Shows” or “Late Cancelations” will be charged the full cost of the session if not canceled within the 24 hours prior to the session start time.

Session Policy

Please note that you will not be allowed to join your session if you are more than 10 minutes late as it is disruptive to the group.
These rules will provide the etiquette and environment for Gloveworx.
