BOOM SESSION
A concentrated, high-energy training session with a small group of no more than 6 contenders. With a wide variety of boxing techniques and exercises tailored to the group’s needs and expertise of the coach. Boom Sessions will rapidly increase your skill set while giving you an athlete-level workout.
BLITZ SESSION
A highly customized training session that includes mobility work, strength training, and full-body functional movements utilizing a variety of training tools. Blitz training sessions are scientifically designed to get the most from your body in the shortest amount of time. Each session will have up to 6 contenders training with 1 coach.
THUNDER SESSION
Thunder Sessions are high-energy training sessions with a heavy focus on boxing techniques and mitt work. This specialty class will give you an elite athlete-level workout. Each session will have up to 3 contenders training with 1 coach.
PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
A focused and vigorous, 60 minute session, with a personalized program developed by your coach to help you build strength, speed, power and agility. Your coach will guide you through a wide range of targeted regimens, keeping you focused and motivated in attaining your fitness goals. (Up to 2 contenders are allowed to share the session).
