The GWX Fit 4 tests your benchmark fitness level to set goals you’re ready to crush. First to gauge muscle strength, you will complete as many squats, pushups, and timed plank to fatigue in 2 minutes.

 

We highly recommend viewing a video here! This allows you to see both the quality and the quantity of your reps. Pause, rest, and return in those 2 minutes, accomplishing as many reps as you can.

 

To finish, we push your aerobic performance with a 1.5 mile run. Record your time with your phone or a smart watch. The run gives insights into your cardiovascular health, so this is a great opportunity to check your heart rate before, during, and after. And don’t worry if you can’t run the full distance, GWX On Demand is all about building from your own personal starting point.

 

Remember, in order to BECOME UNSTOPPABLE work at a pace that is smart and safe for you. You can run, jog, or walk. The GWX Fit 4 can even be used as a workout itself!
